You may have heard that New York State and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is in the process of seeking significant programmatic and fiscal changes to the services and supports for people with developmental disabilities through the 1115 "People First" Waiver.

Over the next few years, the 1115 Waiver will begin to change many of the services that Coarc offers. It is important for you to know that Coarc has established work teams to monitor the 1115 People First Waiver changes, initiate needed operational changes, and share important information with you as your service provider.  We will continue to advocate for the best supports possible.

We will continue to be a resource for those looking to know more about the changes that are planned.
